2. Scope of Services

Elite Travel Consultants provides travel advisory, itinerary design, hotel reservations, flight bookings, guided tours, and related travel consultancy services. All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms imposed by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).

3. Booking & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners (including Razorpay).
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your bookings, depending on the specific package or service itinerary.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated billing and personal information during payment checkout.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Service charges levied by Elite Travel Consultants may be non-refundable in addition to any vendor cancellation fees.

5. Passports, Visas, & Travel Insurance

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all passports, visas, health documentation, and travel permits are valid and up to date prior to departure. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, brand assets, custom travel itineraries, images, and text displayed on our platforms are the intellectual property of Elite Travel Consultants and may not be reproduced without prior written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Travel Consultants shall not be held responsible for travel disruptions, flight delays, natural disasters, acts of government, loss of property, or personal injury caused by third-party travel suppliers or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
